Entry-Level Sales Representative

Entry-Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service and support when engaging with prospective customers in an in-person setting
- Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence to close sales, build trust and brand loyalty
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of our client’s products and services as well as industry competitors to maintain a competitive edge
- Address and answer all customer questions and concerns and provide additional information or support
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and order requests
- Relay customer feedback to the Entry-Level Sales Representative team to improve the customer experience
Qualifications for the Entry-Level Sales Representative:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or experience as an Entry-Level Sales Representative is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate with consumers effectively in a direct setting
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle challenges confidently
- A passion for sales and learning from other Entry-Level Sales Representative team members
